For the third year, the CMOC held an oratorical contest at the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center. 

With 29 kids participating, the contest was narrowed down to five speakers whose topic was,

“Why Me?  Why Not?”. 

 The speeches were great and it was hard to pick a winner. 

A few weeks later a pizza party was held at the JJC for all participants.
